Central to Our Bond is the importance of strengthening the communities where we live and work. These neighborhoods are our homes – where we raise our families and build our lives with the people who are most important to us. As a team, we are actively engaged in activities that support, develop and grow our communities for the future and are energized by our ability to bring our unique perspectives, expertise and experiences out of our operations to help the people and organizations that make up our neighborhoods. We are keenly aware that our business actions impact not just our people, but our neighbors, and maintain our focus on ensuring our impact on our communities – our neighborhoods – is always positive.
