David Meyers

David brings 18 years of experience in the scrap recycling industry to his role as Director of Operations for BlueScope Recycling and Materials. He oversees the company’s ferrous and non-ferrous operations, drawing on prior leadership experience across those areas as well as stainless steel processing. Throughout his career, David has helped drive business growth through critical equipment upgrades and infrastructure installations, always keeping safety at the forefront.

David has managed a wide range of operational functions with a consistent focus on improving efficiency, strengthening equipment integration, and supporting safe, reliable performance. A native of Fort Wayne, Indiana, David attended Butler University in Indianapolis.
