Kristen Neubert

Kristen joined BlueScope’s North Star steel mill in 2018 and transitioned to BlueScope Recycling and Materials in 2023 to lead the company’s People team. Across BRM, she is responsible for leading HR operations, driving process improvement and automation, developing a strong culture, attracting talent and establishing policies and procedures that support BRM’s ongoing business objectives. Kristen has more than two decades of HR expertise behind her, as well as certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources from St. John Fisher University and an MBA with a concentration in human resources from Tiffin University.
