Clyde Billips

With more than 35 years in the scrap recycling industry, Clyde Billips was appointed president of BlueScope Recycling and Materials (BRM) in March 2023, where he oversees the company’s metals recycling platform. Previously, he served as vice president, Operations, where he managed recycling, transportation and maintenance operations. Since BRM’s inception, he has contributed to the business’ growth by leading safety, operational and equipment upgrades, as well as the integration of all BRM locations with BlueScope. A native of Michigan, Clyde holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Baker College.
