Phillisha White

Phillisha joined the BlueScope Recycling and Materials team in 2024 following more than a decade of financial leadership experience in building materials manufacturing. Her results-driven approach has proven successful in leading and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance financial performance. Her expertise spans financial management, operational productivity, process improvement and capital investment analysis. She is proficient in Six Sigma methodologies, earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Alma College and holds an MBA from Wayne State University.
